Where Can I Get Legal Advice On Opening An Adult Website In California?
I am interested in possibly starting an adult website that would provide content free of charge to visitors, it would be based in the state of California. All models would be 18 and older (of course) and they would be pictures that are produced by my company, I am concerned about the legal aspects of such as site and am wondering if anyone can point me to places on the internet or other resources that I can check to make sure I comply with all laws before launching the site.
