Where Can I Find Free Legal Advice In Louisiana Or Online For Criminal Law?
My fiance was booked on a burglary in a dwelling charge… something he didn’t do, he has witnesses that were with him at the supposed time of the burglary. They are still going to charge him regardless, and they have him on a parole hold trying to revoke it. We need to know what his options are and how to move things along. This is in Louisiana.

He needs to state to the police that he can’t afford to hire an attorney and ask that he be appointed one.
Louisiana? To put it bluntly, he done fer. Cops don’t care about guilt, all the are interested in is how many people they can arrest, that goes towards there arrest record.
He needs to hire an attorney (not you) and ask for the attorney’s advice. The attorney will send out a detective to check things out and determine if he is telling the truth or not, and then the attorney will present his case to the judge. These things are scheduled with the court, so he needs to talk with his attorney ASAP so as to give his attorney time to put together a good case on his behalf.
Sorry, No lawyer will give you advice for free. If you want information, you can visit the following website. I am sure it will help you.
