Need Legal Advice When It Comes To Felony Probation? How Would We Go About This Situation?
friend is on felony probation for possesion of controlled substance less than a gram he was put on probation for 3years. Completed a 1yr 1/2 than got arrested for possesion of marijuana less than an ounce. Warrent went out for revoking probation so he turned him self in he has a $100,000.00 bond. He hired a lawyer but we dont really know if he is doing his job.

most new arrests is enough to revoke a felony probation…y’all need to call his PO and beg…if DOC is crowded they might not revoke for a misdemeanor charge
The problem is that the lawyer is your friend’s lawyer and he is under no obligation to communicate with anyone but his client. If your friend is not happy with the lawyer, he can always retain a new one.
However, given your friend’s complete lack of judgment, I’d trust the lawyer.
