Like a news article or a journal article? Just a news article about a crime, or something more academic written about criminal law in general?

Well some good legal theory that establishes strong principles prevalent in Australian criminal law would be P.Devlin’s The enforcement of Morals (1965) and the further critique by Hart in Liberty of Morality.
It discusses some of the founding principles of criminal law such as the ‘harm’ principle as well as the issue of criminalisation on a basis of morality. I reckon it’d be a winner for a Legal Studies assignment.
