What Kind Of Lawyer Do You Use For A Foreclosure Summons And How Long Does It Take Ny State For The Process??

We need a lawyer to help answer the summons and how long does it take until they auction off the house in NY state? Also what kind of proof would we need to have to prove that Wells Fargo hasn’t done anything they claim they can do to help us keep the house?

    2. For NY it is: 10 months, this could take as long as 3 years .
