Administration is a process that can be carried out to help struggling businesses who are under financial pressure from creditors. Company administration is an option for business who are insolvent and are struggling to pay off debts to creditors. It can be initiated by the company’s directors/shareholders or even the creditors (such as the bank) who are owed money.
