What Type Of Lawyer Would I Need To See If I Am Having Problems Collecting A Inheritance?
I recently found out I was a contingent trust beneficiary and that the papers and documents that were supposed to be sent to me were purposely (and by the executor of the estate) sent to the wrong address so I wouldn’t know. Is there a specific lawyer I should see? Or should I bother since I am a contingent trust beneficiary?

I was with my girlfriend in walmart, and she was chased after attempting to shoplift. We both ran in opposite directions, I was tackled, knocked unconscious and suffered head trauma, causing me to go to the hospital and have to have staples (yes staples, like the ones you put paper together with, not stitches). Is this grounds to sue? I didn’t have any stolen property on me.
